Candidates and students of Korba and Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi districts including Bastar and Surguja divisions will get benefit

Raipur: In view of the interests of the candidates and students, Governor Ms. Anusuiya Uikey has asked to relax the requirement of being a local resident in the recruitment of assistant teachers in all the districts of Bastar and Surguja divisions and Swami Atmanand Excellent English Medium Schools of Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi and Korba. The State Government has given its approval on the proposal.

It is noteworthy that Swami Atmanand Excellent English Medium School is an important scheme of the government from the point of view of academic quality, for which it is mandatory to have an English medium teacher. In the earlier instructions issued by the government, for the recruitment of assistant teachers in these English medium schools, the conditions of compulsory for the candidate to be a resident of the respective district were mentioned, but in the districts of Bastar and Surguja divisions and Korba and Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi. In view of the shortage of eligible eligible candidates, the government proposed to relax the condition of being a local resident in these districts for the recruitment of assistant teacher posts, which the Governor has signed. Due to which now the vacant posts in Swami Atmanand Schools of these districts can be filled soon.
