Surajpur: Collector Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh issued an order stating that due to the continuous increase in the number of corona positive cases by 05 January 2022, a prohibitory order has been issued for effective control and prevention of corona virus in the district. . Due to the infection rate of corona virus being found to be more than 04 percent under the district Surajpur area, in the course of the above order and Ch. In view of the instructions given in the circular of the Government, General Administration Department on January 04, 2022, the following restrictions will be imposed in the entire Surajpur district. All non-commercial activities will be prohibited within the district area from 10:00 pm to 06:00 am. All government and non-government educational institutions of district Surajpur, including coaching, tuition institutes, are ordered to be closed till further orders, but online classes will continue. The examinations conducted by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board will continue to be conducted as per their scheduled date. For this, educational institutions will be allowed to open. Schools, Anganwadi centers, play schools will not be allowed to operate, but online classes will continue. Opening of gym, club, library will be prohibited.

All schools, if required, can be opened for the vaccination work of children in the age group of 15-18, following the Covid guidelines and physical distancing in the school premises. All cinema halls, hotels, restaurants, marriage halls and other venues can be operated with one-third capacity till further orders. Operators of private hospitals will regularly upload bed availability information on the health department’s website every day. If a person complains of cold, cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, diarrhoea, vomiting or body ache, then it is mandatory to undergo a Covid-19 test at the nearest center and stay in home quarantine till the test report is received. Will happen. If the report is positive and permission is granted for home isolation, it will be mandatory to strictly follow the conditions of permission. The remaining paragraphs of the order issued earlier will remain in force. This order will be immediately effective. Strict action will be taken for violating the order under the Epidemic Disease Act and other relevant sections of the law.
