Surajpur: Under the Swachh Bharat Mission, the District Level Inquiry Committee complained about widespread irregularities in the construction of personal toilets in the Gram Panchayat Girwarganj, District Panchayat Surajpur, Karmuram’s father Dhaneshwar Ram was told as an exodus from the Gram Panchayat Girvarganj. As a result of construction of toilet in the name of Murli’s father Bhaiyalal and the sanctioned toilet in the name of Triveni’s father Sahdev being constructed by the beneficiary himself, when the said amount was withdrawn and not paid to the beneficiary, as a result of embezzlement, Smt. Pushpa Jaiswal Panchayat Secretary Village Panchayat Devipur, (then Secretary, Gram Panchayat Girwarganj) District Panchayat Surajpur was given Chg. Under Rule 4 of the Panchayat Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999, he is suspended with immediate effect. During the suspension period, the headquarters of the Janpad Panchayat, Surajpur, is fixed. During the suspension period, the eligibility for subsistence allowance will be as per rules.
