Surajpur: Violation of mining and storage rules was found during investigation under MMDR Act 1957 Minor Mineral Rules 2015 Chhattisgarh Mineral Mining, Transport and Storage Rules 2009 in crusher and mine located in Devipur village of Tehsil Surajpur. After the violation of rules was found during the investigation, the flying squad team of Raipur Mineral Department took action on the crusher and mine of Mrs. Meena Goyal located in Devipur and sealed the mine and crusher. The flying squad team has issued orders not to open and use the concerned crusher and mine till the orders of the competent authority. Violation of the rules of the order will take unilateral action and has been asked to submit the reply within 7 days.
