Earlier in the day, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar flagged off a ’Har Ghar Tiranga’ bike rally of MPs in Delhi.
The rally started from Pragati Maidan and culminated on the Major Dhyan Chand stadium after passing via the India Gate circle.
