“Usually these helplines are for emergencies and to deal with cases where people have lost important items. However, I was hopeful,” stated Pattnaik, who didn’t have a lot particulars about Adnan, besides his title and that the household of three had boarded the prepare from Secunderabad.

However, Railways traced the placement of the prepare on January 4, and introduced the toy again to the kid.

According to an official, finding the contact particulars was a tricky process because the ticket was bought by way of the reservation counter in Secunderabad.

A crew was placed on the duty to determine the reservation slip stuffed earlier than reservation. After a radical search, the requisition slip was recognized, and the contact particulars have been traced.

Names of Adnan’s dad and mom have been discovered by way of a reservation chart and so they have been recognized as Mohit Razaa and Nasreen Begum from Qazi Village of Uttar Dinajpur District, 20 Km away from Aluabari Railway Station. A railway crew went to his dwelling and delivered the toy.

“My 19-month-old little one had forgotten his favorite toy truck in the prepare, which was very near his coronary heart. I had thought no one would put any effort only for a toy. So I didn’t register any criticism even after I was additionally feeling unhealthy for my little one,” said Razaa, who was overwhelmed with emotions.

He thanked Pattanaik for showing heart and also the Railway Minister and the rail system for helping the good samaritan to use its resources for a young child.

“I feel happy just thinking that the toy is with Adnan again. I wouldn’t have had peace of mind if I had just left it there,” stated Pattnaik.
