Days after the demise of a Russian Engineer Milyakov Sergey, who was discovered useless on a ship off the Paradip coast in Jagatsinghpur District, the autopsy report places to relaxation speculations of his ‘mysterious’ demise, confirming that he the truth is died of a cardiac arrest.
