The Railway Board has directed that action should be taken against those who play music on mobile and talk in loud voice after 10 pm in trains so that the sleep of the passengers is not disturbed. For this, the ticket checking staff and security forces deployed in trains have been given the responsibility. Failure to do so will result in the staff being held liable.

The Railway Board has issued a letter to all the zonal railway managers instructing them to take action against those who play music on mobile and talk in loud voice after 10 pm in trains. So that listening to loud music in trains, talking late at night in loud voice, lighting late night lights and making noise can be stopped. Railway Board was getting complaints from passengers in this matter.

In the letter issued after a meeting with Railway Board Executive Director Neeraj Sharma and Inspector General of Railway Protection Force, it has been said that at night, passengers will not be able to talk on mobile in loud voice and will not be able to listen to loud music. At night, all the lights except the night light will have to be switched off so that the sleep of the passengers is not disturbed.
